Thanks to PGC and their participation in the roundtable with Shigeru Miyamoto at the most recent E3 in Los Angeles, it is now known that 3 members of EAD have been working on Metroid Prime for some time now.

When one considers that Metroid is primarily an American phenomenon, it is very cool to see that NOJ cares enough to make an investment in America's sweetheart.
