News   Prima to Publish Three, Raises Questions
- Posted By Mike Schneider, 06.19.2002

Stealth and spy shooting. We'd love to see it on GameCube, and in a big way. Yesterday, Prima revealed that they've signed an exclusive agreement with Ubisoft to publish strategy guides for some upcoming games.

"Under the deal, Prima Games will write, publish and distribute strategy guides in North America for The Sum of All Fears(TM), Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell(TM) and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six(TM) Raven Shield(TM)."

Here is where it seems to get interesting, however:

"The three new titles will be released on the PC, PlayStation(R) 2, Xbox(TM) and GameCube(TM)."

THREE on GameCube?!? That's news to us. Splinter Cell is listed as a future game on Nintendo's homepage, but the other two are certainly big surprises...Or, it could just be weird wording in the press release. But the implications are all three are going to be on GameCube.

More as we can get it.
