Thanks to the excellent spying done by PlanetGameCube, we can say with 100% certainty what the GameCube's logo is:

The NGC logo


I personally like this logo. It's simple, but yet creative. It's similar to the "3D N" that the N64 had, but yet enhanced in that there's both a G and C within the image. It perfectly encompasses the persona Nintendo has as a company.
