News   E3: EA on Bond
- Posted By Mike Schneider, 05.17.2001

It has been known for sometime that EA is creating a Bond first person shooter for PS2, and a little while, rumors around the web began surfacing that EA would also put this project on the GameCube. Today at E3 we caught up with EA, and asked them if Bond would make any appearance on GameCube.

Right now it is not in development at all for GameCube. It hasn’t been ruled out for the future, considering that The World is Not Enough had reasonable success on the N64, however, nothing is being worked on at this point in time for GameCube.

This is discouraging, to say the least. However, it hasn’t been ruled out for the future, so let us all collectively hold our breath for Bond’s sake!
