Capcom's newest shooter, P.N.03 (Product Number 03) promises to bring back the old style hardcore shooter to the Gamecube. The game itself looks great and while its been said that the controls take some adjusting to get used to, they are well laid out and work perfectly.

The setting is in a futuristic space colony on a distant planet. The problem is one of those wacky Arms Management computers has decided it wants to destroy things (preferably the human race). Machines are on the rampage and only Vanessa Schneider, a mercenary with a dark past can stop all this madness and save humanity, but will her past collide with her mission? The story seems pretty familiar and bare (this is like an old school shooter, remember?) but thats not important.
P.N.03 is putting its focus on shooting and gameplay. The graphics and sound will also be top notch, adding to the experience. The main character is pleasing to the eye and the environments look convincing for the setting.
